Senne Verholle
Senne has a pronounced specialization in crypto taxation and focuses on the tax and legal treatment of crypto assets, blockchain and digital wealth. He advises individuals, entrepreneurs and companies on the qualification and reporting of crypto income, compliance matters, banking relationships and the impact of new regulatory frameworks such as DAC8 and MiCAR. Senne gained his professional experience in tax law at the tax law firm Tiberghien, before founding his own law firm.
In crypto-related matters, Senne combines legal analysis with technical transaction reconstructions and tax calculations, using specialised crypto tax software such as Koinly, CoinTracking and Summ as analytical tools for assessing transactions, capital gains and reporting obligations.
